Nook GlowLight 3 Uses Advanced Light Tech to Help You Sleep

In the market for a new ebook reader for yourself or someone special this holiday season? Barnes & Noble has a new option for you to consider.

The bookseller just introduced the Nook GlowLight 3, its starting time ereader with "advanced front light technology" that automatically switches the tone of the screen based on the time of day to help you sleep better.

During the day, the Nook GlowLight 3'south half-dozen-inch, 300-dpi screen gives off cool, white calorie-free. At night, it can automatically switch to "Nighttime Mode," offering a warmer, orange tone, filtering out blue low-cal that tin suppress your torso'south production of melatonin and crusade sleep problems.
